Brunch Cafe-mchenry - Logan County

Staff was overwhelmed, tried to stay attentive but missed little details, like the type of hot sauce. Server knew the menu and options but was too busy to really engage. Good was fine but nothing special. A fine place but not hype worthy.

The parking lot was full when we arrived… which is usually a good sign. We didn't have to wait to be seated. Didn't have to wait for a server. The menu is the perfect size it's not overwhelming and there are plenty of choices. I got the portobenny..portobello mushrooms topped with goat cheese, asparagus, poached egg and hollandaise… we are foodies and breakfast is one of our favorite meals. I could eat this every day! Went for breakfast this Sunday, 12-18-22 with a total of six in our party. Although they were busy, we were seated immediately. We each had something different from the menu and we all loved our food. Four of us took home our leftovers because portions are huge. Service was fast and very pleasant.
