Friendly staff and good service. Food options are ok for a hotel bar.

I've stayed at this property for the past 10 years whenever I'm in town. But this visit was disappointing.....no room service, no housekeeping, no more restaurant on the 1st floor, just sandwiches at the bar. The main lobby public areas have been remodeled, but the rooms are old, the air conditioning was non existent in Chicago in August!!

Excellent party and the fodder that was served was beyond good.

They serve large portions and for reasonable rates. very nice staff. Kudos.
