Chipmunks Playland- Underwood

A birthday party celebration here. Great for the kids to play but I was concerned about safety as an adult, I was allowed to be inside with the children in areas not visible to the parents, could this lead to something untoward? Most parents were not inside with their children and there are lovely secluded areas where the kids just LOVE to play. Overall fanatastic play area but I worry about the stranger danger of this playground. Be safe and be with your children or keep them in sight at this playground for your own peace of mind please...

The kids had an absolute ball here although I believe it was over priced , for a place that don't allow you to bring in food or drink in . $9 for a small tray of chips lucky to feed 1 child and a 45minute wait. Also to charge $37 for the kids to get in then to charge $2 per child for some rids??? A bit rude if you ask me

I have always found the staff to be friendly,helpful and providing good service. Food and drink are good as well,thank you!

My son and I love this place during the week, it's nice and quiet which allows us to play together and the lady who works the front is lovely.

This restaurant is very busy and seems to be understaffed. You may have to wait a while to order because the same staff making your food are also taking orders and managing the entrance and exit. The food is mainly junk food, even if you try to order something slightly healthier for a child. However, the place is decent overall, despite the small space. If given the choice, I would recommend going to Lollypop Land instead. Despite these issues, children don't seem to mind and our son had a good time. The place appears to be clean and the staff is polite.
