Johnny's Pizza - Löbau

Pizza rolls are of good quality, could have been baked a little longer, dough was still raw in places, 8 out of 10 pieces were filled with a good portion of cheese and the desired toppings, 2 pieces had a little more dough. 7.2/10, solid to good. Small pizza 20cm with 4 cheeses with ham and Bolognese sauce? Composition unusual. The most powerful argument about this pizza and its fans should probably be the cheese. Amount of Gouda and mozzarella was ok. Gorgonzola and sheep's cheese were hardly to be found and were murdered in ready-made ? bolo. On the other hand, they were still hard, probably fresh from the refrigerator. Probably also due to the baking time. Here the dough was baked a little better. 3.9/10, Needs Improvement. The place is small, dark and oppressive and makes a functional impression. The two gentlemen were positively noticed, very friendly and accommodating.
