Great café! The hosts are very kind and welcoming. The food is excellent. The owner, named Taran, is from Georgia but also has Azerbaijani roots. He prepares his national dishes really well. His compote is fantastic, with a wonderful apple aroma. It feels just like home-cooked meals. I recommend it to anyone traveling through Lodan Pavel into the depths of Karelia and on to Murmansk or Arkhangelsk.

Fantastic cafe...very kind and hospitable owners. The food is simply amazing. The owner, named Tarana...is from Georgia herself, but Azerbaijani...cooks her national cuisine very deliciously. Treats with her compote, fantastically fragrant from apples. This is just home cooking. I recommend it to everyone who is traveling through Lodeynoye Pole towards the depths of Karelia and to Murmansk, Arkhangelsk.
