Sonic Drive-in - Locust Grove

So, I've recently ordered two shakes. I added strawberries to my shake and it was an extra .30, that's fine. I come home to find zero strawberries. And they claim its supposed to have a cherry, where? This isnt the first time its happened to us either, they're always forgetting to add extras, and when i order light ice, i get extra ice. I love sonic, but this one ??

Food was hot and delicious service was nice and fast

Don’t recommend eating here. Food is either not done or so burnt you can’t eat it. Nasty workers who are definitely tweaking. They always get our order wrong.

I would give it 0 stars if I could..the teenagers in there ignored the drive thru intentionally, I watched 2 cars in front of me be ignored for 15 minutes and they drove off then I drove up to the window and they stared at me and ignored me. Even with 4 teenagers just inside in the front they couldn't handle getting food out, only had ice cream n drinks done but was ignoring the drive thru on purpose. Maybe it was the cooks in the back as well cause no food was going out.This would be a last resort for anything to eat in Lg. I've even ordered a bacon cheeseburger here and got home and no bacon on it.They only time it's been ok service is when the adults are there in the morning and had good breakfast burritos. But night shift when the kids are there it's very rare to get consistent or good service. It's awful

Tried to use the drive through to get a drink on the way to an appointment thinking it would be quick. I sat in line behind 1 vehicle for almost 15 minutes before I left and went elsewhere.
