Buffalo Grill - Locust Grove

I entered the restaurant to place an order, but the cashier was on the phone and ignored me the whole time. When she finally acknowledged me, she was rude. It appears that they have prejudiced attitudes here. I recommend not supporting this business. I was excited to dine here today, so it's disappointing to experience discrimination in this world.

Hailey was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. She made my night with her friendliness. I use to come here religiously, and will reconviene after this experience. Thank you Buffalo Grille.

My family and I have visited this restaurant several times and every dish we've tried has been excellent – made with fresh ingredients, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly. This place has now become our new favorite spot, replacing American Deli. Additionally, we appreciate their vegetarian options as they are willing to accommodate special requests, such as making veggie fried rice without eggs.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could! My husband was served cold lemon pepper wings and uncooked fries. We were utterly disgusted! The hot meal was placed on top of the cold food and the bag was sealed tightly, so we didn't realize until we got home. What kind of restaurant would do something like that? Shame on you for such disgusting service!

Glad I decided to give this place a try, it did not disappoint! Customer service from a young man was just fine. Flavor: honey hot with lemon pepper sprinkles.
