Panera Bread - Lockport

I am part of the sip club. I have arrived in the last 2 months for coffee and diet pepsi. the diet pepsi always has a strange taste. I'm trying to remove the diffusor to see if he's clean, as they suspect he should be done at night. the coffee is in the usually only warm best, although I had hot coffee 6 o'clock, but not in the regular on the afternoon or evening. their mango drinks and others seem to be refilled after need, but it is always fresh, poured over the old things. the sip program is a good offer for free drinks at $11,99 per month, but I can drop it if the drinks I don't like to get better.

I hate to give bad reviews, but this place hasn't got any of our orders right yet. the last three times we went there either something lacked from our order or something was done wrong. we order online and give a time for picking up and the last 3 times our order was not on time. the last time we went our order was 25 minutes too late and we ordered 45 minutes in advance. the management does not care, and when we talk to them, they tell us that there is nothing they can do to fix things. when properly done, eating is good, although sometimes the suppe and hot sandwiches are cold.

The service was ridiculously slow, although there were only 2 commands before me, which proved to be small commands. my job was missing the chips and the spoon for the suppe. and the price is crazy about the quality and quantity of the food.

In the way. 2 cars before, and first person order lasted 10 minutes to fill. Why didn't they have the person who moved forward to get out? next car same question. I just wanted a tee. ...

This is one of the most inconsistent locations I?ve ever been to. For the soups not even being made fresh in the kitchen boy do they have a inconsistency every time. A month ago I ordered bowls of broccoli cheddar soups rapid pick up I came home to find the soups were somehow mixed with the chicken noodle soup. Fine. I go back a few weeks later my soup is extremely watery to the point of just broth. Whatever. I go back today my soup is extremely chunky to the point it was like stew made me lose my appetite. For it being frozen pre made it sure is different every time. I always give places the benefit on the doubt like if they are short staffed or busy, etc. but every time I come it seems to me empty something is still always wrong. Every time I do curbside pick up I end up waiting a good 10 minutes while I see my food sitting on the shelf the cafe empty. The only reason I come here still is because it?s the closest to my house but unfortunately I just may stop going to Panera altogether.
