Mark's Pizzeria - Lockport

I absolutely love this pizza, but they don't just offer pizza; there's a variety of options for everyone. When my family and I visit friends and relatives, we always make a point to get pizza from here. During our time living in Western New York, we became big fans, so we decided we had to enjoy their pizza anytime we're in the area. They are definitely on our top ten list of best places to eat, so if you're near Mark's Pizza, make sure to stop by for a slice—or even more!

The staff has a poor attitude, and they serve cold food, then place the blame on you. You can spend $80 on a meal, but they still can't deliver it hot. After making you wait an hour and a half, they inform you that to receive hot food, you need to return the cold meal and then wait another hour and a half for the replacement, which may still be cold. I highly advise against ordering from them. They also have a tendency to hang up on customers. DO NOT SUPPORT THEIR BUSINESS!!!!

Very slow on delivery I get a text saying subs out for delivery and they will not arrive for another 30 min ordered subs toasted roll was not toasted my stinger sub bun was all soggy no cookies slips show cookies and still not there this is not a 1 timething either ordered 2 different times same problem both times will not be going back

I've had some great cauliflower pizzas in the past, but my last experience wasn't good. We ordered cheese fries and a sheet pizza, but our doorbell wasn't working. We kept an eye on the tracker and the door, but it took a while for our order to arrive. I eventually looked outside and saw our food sitting on the wet ground. I figured they would call if nobody answered. The meal was terrible—the fries were ice cold, and while I usually enjoy cold pizza, this one just tasted off. We couldn't finish it, which is unusual for us. It was way too expensive to go through this again.

Amazing pizza. It's hard to describe the perfect pizza sometimes as preferences are differen, however, I've eaten here several times and have now decided it's my favorite pizza in western New York. Great fluffy, slightly chewy crust, perfect sauce/cheeseratio. Super tasty. Brought my wife to verify and she agrees as well. This place will be on our regular rotation from now on!!
