I went to this location for a school field trip and it was a horrible experience. Both of my friends order a milkshake at 11:53 and 11:59. But unfortunately at 12:47 they still didn’t receive there milkshakes and went to consult a staff member. My friends asked for a refund but the staff member kept on saying “The milkshakes would arrive in 2 minutes”. At 1:15 we were called to leave and my friend’s milkshakes still didn’t arrive. What was really upsetting was the staff’s immature responses of “I’m sorry we can’t do anything you have to leave”. Even though my friends asked for a refund the staff member absolutely refused to give one while making excuses. I personally had the same problem, I ordered a drink but didn’t arrive on time. I asked for a refund because I knew I wouldn’t be able to finish it if it was made that minute but the staff refused no matter how many times I asked. At one time they took my bill and rushed off which put me in a place where I couldn’t ask anymore. At last I got my drink but I still wished I got a refund.

Terrible service and customer service, you finish playing and what you order never arrives. How horrible I have never been treated like this, I really don't recommend it. When they improve, let us know to change the rating
