Dunkin' - Lock Haven

Never get your order right. Always ask for less ice and they fill it up to the top anyways. How cheap can you really be at a billion dollar company. Terrible service and drinks

Ordered online shoes up to get my stuff was told I didn’t ordered it with having proof on my phone that I didn’t I have to pay again after asking why Manager, Michelle told me tough luck call your bank we are like a gas station we don’t refund lol ? what so after talking to the very unprofessional rude manager Michelle I just left she wouldn’t helpMe or refund me so I paid double for what I ordered with proof on my dunkin app she also add the app and dunkin are not the same my question is where is my money the store have it or the unprofessional rude lady they call manager

I LOVE this particular Dunkin store for many reasons!! The staff are amazing and friendly and always say hello to me and ask me how I have been.The donuts all other food items are always cooked just right and exactly how they should be.???I’ve been to few other dunkin stores in the surrounding areas and those other stores always mess my order up or burn the food or something goes wrong. Not this store though!!They are on point everyday!???My favorite thing to order is:Cold Brew Coffee with Sweet Cold FoamOrIced Coffee Every time I go to this store they make my coffee exactly how I love it and it tastes so amazing every time!!Again other dunkin stores I’ve been to around never make my coffee right either whereasthe Lock Haven Dunkin never fails to make it exactly as ordered and the way it is supposed to be but better!!I highly recommend this particular Dunkin store as I am a huge fan of Dunkin in general and this is the only store I’ve ever had such a great experience at every time I go!!I make it a point not to go to any other stores but this one in Lock Haven because they go above and beyond!!Thank you sooo much to the Dunkin Staff at Lock Haven’s Store! You guys are awesome and I appreciate the amazing service! ??? Kid-friendliness: The staff is always super nice to my two daughters who are ages 4 and 2!!This store always gives extra munchkins to my daughter who absolutely loves them.I believe for sure that this dunkin is kid friendly!! Parking: Most days it is hard to even find a parking spot at all because the drive thru wraps around into the parking areas when they get busy. Which is most all the time and then nobody can even get through anywhere or park whatsoever. Needs improvement or a better bigger parking lot that the drive thru doesn’t interfere with or block customers from parking or getting through the road. Wheelchair accessibility: I believe they do have a table with a booth and then the one side is for wheelchair access but, I don’t want to say 100% for sure because I know they moved the tables and chairs around a lot since Covid hit and they had to put the tables away and everything. They are back out now I just don’t know for sure!

One of my favorite stops. Good service and prompt. They really hustle and are often very busy.
