Unbelievable just got delivery Ice cream with flake but no flake so calls to be told they will send it down next time someone down this way I said that's no good so was then told next time I ordered I would get something for free 1 hr later a flake arrives at my door no good to me and so I called I was then told that's all I was getting a d that I should not have been told I would get it next time all they had to do was give me the flake free next time I would've been happy but that's not what they do I was told when asked to speak to the owner I was told no as they are on holiday and she would let them no. I'm not holding my breath for a call back but a £16 order won't be getting my money again would prefer 0 stars on this occasion but 1 will have to do!!

The milkshake was excellent, but I was disappointed by the way the older woman spoke to the younger staff.

I ordered desserts with an estimated time of arrival of one hour, but it has now been over an hour and a half—almost two hours—and they still haven't arrived.

The quality of this restaurant has drastically declined. I've had 3 or 4 orders delivered that were nowhere close to what I actually ordered. My husband requested cookie dough with milk chocolate sauce and ice cream, but instead, it arrived with strawberry sauce and no ice cream at all! I ordered fizzy dummies and received some blue gummy worms instead. I also ordered a raspberry ice blast but got a multi-colored drink with hardly any syrup—just a watery ice on top. I reached out to let them know, in case the driver had mixed up the orders, but my message was completely ignored. I won’t be ordering again, especially since it’s quite pricey. It wasn't a problem when they delivered what I ordered, but I resent paying for what feels like a game of Russian Roulette with my order. It's a real shame because this place used to be quite good.
