The layout of the restaurant's traffic flow is quite frustrating. During peak hours, the waiting line can wrap around and create a bottleneck. They even had to assign an employee to the garage during busy times to prevent cars from blocking the exit. While the staff does their best to manage the situation, the design really needs a complete overhaul. On a positive note, the service is generally decent, and they rarely make mistakes with orders.

My order didn’t show up on the screens for some reason, so after waiting a bit longer than expected, I approached the staff to check on it. My autistic son, however, wasn't very understanding about the delay and began to get upset. Fortunately, one of the older female employees with short white hair approached him and took the time to talk to him. She provided him with colored paper and crayons and helped us at our table. Her kindness made our visit so enjoyable and relaxed, and I can’t thank her enough. This small gesture truly brightened my day. Thank you again!

I don't know what people expect. I found myself in a bit of a tight spot because I needed to grab something quickly. I ordered through the app and paid while parked, then went to pick up my food. A couple of seagulls landed on my car, which might bother some people, so just keep that in mind if you're sensitive to that sort of thing. The service was consistent and there weren't any unexpected issues, good or bad. The parking situation is a bit unsettling, so my advice? Avoid it if you can. Overall, it was a typical McDonald's experience. Just a tip: if you're ordering any drinks, I recommend getting them before heading inside, as they turn out much better that way.
