We went in and sat down. Several employees saw us but ignored us. They were way in the back leaving an empty restaurant. After five minutes we left. There was also a family of four who left for the same reason. Very odd.

We arrived at 10:32 PM and we asked for the buffet . The attendant told us they will stop serving us at 11 PM. We decided to move forward hoping to have at least 1 pizza per person. After the payment, not before, the attendant told us that we will start with a familiar size and only after we finish to eat it, we 'll be allowed to order the next ones, all medium sizes. We had to eat in a rush and then we ordered the second pizza, and that was our last pizza at that night. The buffet is sold as an offer for 2 people (minimum). As we were 4, we were expecting to have at least 2 familiar pizzar as the first order and another 2 medium pizzas on the second row. But the cashier/attendant refuses to understand we bought 2 offers and refused to serve us the other pizzas. By the way, when asked if we could order at least one more midsize pizza the answer was yes, you can if you pay for it! . Their ad says you can eat pizzas no limits ... But all these non-sense rules just put limits everywhere and this campaign is totally senseless. At the end of the day, the message is Telepizza says that customer satisfaction doesn 't worth a midsize pizza. That 's our value as customer, folks. So, watch out! I 'm feeling totally scammed by them.
