Craigside Inn Brewers Fayre - Llandudno

We made a reservation the day before, but after waiting about 10 minutes, no one came to seat us. The table was very sticky, which was quite unappealing. Nobody inquired if we wanted a menu or if we needed a drink. If we had to order from the bar, the line was incredibly long. After enduring the loud and crowded atmosphere, my husband and I decided to leave. I definitely cannot recommend this restaurant.

I was happy to discover this place during my visit to the area, as I enjoyed two generously sized gluten-free meals, which was a relief since options nearby were limited. We sat outside with our dog; while the seating area could have been a bit more inviting, the views were fantastic. The staff were friendly and the service was quick!

The food was delicious, but it took 50 minutes for it to be served. There was no indication of a delay when we placed our order. We felt as though we had been overlooked, especially since other tables received their meals even after ordering after us. One gentleman even remarked on our long wait. When we inquired about our food, it arrived just a few minutes later.

Despite being asked about allergy and telling 3 seperate people I was still served a plate with tomatoes on the salad. They took it away and brought a new dish 30mins later after the rest of the party had finished their meal!! This is not acceptable. The new salad still had a tomato pip on the lettuce that I thankfully noticed, if it is pre prepared they should not have put it on the plate in the first place.

Very friendly staff an very helpful! Food was quick and nice. Decent portions too We had the trio pies w/ mash, peas gravy steak w/ side salad peppercorn sauce.
