Too greasy and in these times not enough space between others especially queuing up to order

Hot chocolate nice, coffee is weak and tastes watered down.

Nice food but ridiculous they make you queue why they make the drinks. Waited 15 mins to get served. Why they can't bring the coffees to you rather than making you and everyone behind you wait.

Wonderful Victoria sponge and such a massive slice...Really enjoyed our tea!

I have been a regular at this restaurant for almost two years now. While I appreciate that it is open seven days a week, has reasonable prices, good coffee, and above-average cake choices, I am disappointed that they do not allow dogs inside. Despite the restaurant often being half empty, my dogs and I are forced to sit outdoors on the balcony in freezing temperatures, as we can't leave them at home. To make matters worse, there is limited covered seating, which is sometimes used by the staff and littered with cigarette butts that we have to clean up ourselves. It would be great if the restaurant could reconsider their policy on allowing dogs inside and also improve the cleanliness of their outdoor seating area. Customers should come first, not the comfort of their smoking staff.
