The Raven Inn - Llanarmon-yn-Ial

I have visited this charming community pub many times and it never fails to impress me. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. It's amazing to see an old traditional British pub still thriving, thanks to the volunteers who run it. I would highly recommend The Raven to anyone, it's definitely worth a visit.

We dined at the pub last night and enjoyed a delicious homemade meal by the roaring fire. The chef went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten-free dietary needs by making me a gluten-free fish and chips using GF flour for the batter and clean oil. It tasted amazing and was a rare treat for someone who is gluten-free. My family also loved their meals and everything was very reasonably priced. This well-managed community pub is definitely worth a visit!

My partner and I had Sunday lunch last week. I ordered the roasted beef and it was excellent. It was incredibly tasty and the Yorkshire pudding was the biggest I've ever seen. The potatoes and veggies were also delicious. My partner had the lamb and he said it was delicious as well. We will definitely be returning. Well done, this was the best Sunday lunch we've had in a long time.

The raven is our way into the pub when we're in the car. the pub is common and a real integral point of the village. all staff and users of the pub are welcoming and to make the dinge even better, they are a dog-friendly pub. the selection of drinks is very diverse and eating is top-class. the portion sizes are plentiful and we love especially their frying dinner, squid and chips and the small baskets of sampi. we have so much luck to have before our doorstep and would recommend this pub to everyone.
