Sato Bento - Ljubljana

The hotel is located in a very old complex, but the restaurant well decorated like what I have in Japan. It's been a while since I had a real authentic Japanese food in Central Europe. Thank you.

I'm here about three or four years ago, but I still think about this place. It is located in a rather dodgy mall and is quite hidden. We almost didn't go in because we thought we were wrong. However, we decided to go in and were lucky to get a table. They had a Japanese cook there and we have a 7-course menu. We didn't know what was on the menu AMAZING. I remember there was a false soup, an Okonomiyaki, a few sushi and tempura stuff and a delicious dessert. I had the best experience here and so far had no better Japanese food in Europe. I recommend Sato Bento to all those who drive to Ljubljana or just drive by.

It's amazing, very cozy vibes, great food and even better environment. Its like a home that welcomes strangers. They are consistently striving for good quality and happy customers. Its a magical place inside a old and forgotten workplace complex. Would recommend.
