So there is no reservation the next day so we can have a table. Excellent service with an answer to all our questions with some additional lessons from Slovenia. I have a local brew that was very delicious with the food that was already delicious. I ordered the seafood that was so fresh that I could taste very little vegetables in my plate. I felt like the cook went out and took the ingredients from behind the building. The ribs were very juicy and perfectly cooked. Make sure no one skips the desserts. Nothing nice, but you just want to eat until the stomach bursts.
Delicious, homestyle cooking with good portions and very attentive service! Very cozy atmosphere, illuminated with candles. Appropriate prices. Very recommended.
A direct warm welcome by the owner put the scene, pulled tables together for our group of 5 plus 1 dog. He checked our Covid paper/QR codes as needed and continued to make sure we were comfortable and ready for a relaxing time. The place is small, maybe 25 seats, and the ambience is at home and personal... If I were a local, I would be regular! There are two clean toilets, one for boys and one for girls. On the food... Maybe powerful, he is first served our dog to make sure he had water and was comfortable. Very friendly. Now the human food... The chicken livers and truffle puppets threw us away! I could eat that every day. That's the most when I think about our food. We also got the meatboard that had a tasty variety of things that were not as simple/high as the godfather, but were still rewarding. Then many of us got the trout that perfectly boiled savory, salted, and a bit crispy at the edges, although some in our group thought it would be *too* salty. It was perfect for me. The accompanying spinach potatoes were creamy/buttery and savory with a certain Umami. Would definitely get it back. Then there was the main sausage, the naturally delicious sausage, but the accompanying roast potatoes and vegetables were a perfect pairing. Then there was the cream cake I forget the actual name for dessert. Oh, man, we were stuffed on the net, but it's a must! Find space in your belly. It's better than somewhere else! Overall a really wonderful experience. The total amount was for all 5 €115, which I think is really high quality. Thanks to the Me in Marley Me for the great time!
We ordered ravioli, grilled octopus and tiramisu. They were flexible about the dishes, I could order a vegetarian version of the pasta. The food was amazing and served by a cheerful waiter. If you want to try this restaurant, you need to book a table or arrive in time.
Very good food. The octopus is really good melts in your mouth. Had also the chicken liver pate but forgot to take a photo, the trout fillet and tiramisu.
