Abi Falafel - Ljubljana

A really delicious deli, located in the heart of the city centre! Prices are particularly decent when compared to Western! The quality of food is really good, which explains the long queues outside!

Abi Falafel is in good place not so far from the castle and the edge of the centre. You can sit down inside too (if it has free table) or pick up your food and eat at home. Waitergirl who speak english much more was really friendly and kind, the other waitergirl was moderately tired but she picked up the order and of course we understand the whole day's work is very tiring. It was not problem to pay by card. About the food: we tried SKALOP KROZNIK (Fried breaded chicken fillet with sesame, hommos, mixed salad, tahini) and ABI MENI (Falafel 3x, kubbe, arabic roll, fatajer, hommos, mixed salad, tahini, dessert), both were really delicious with taste of cumin and curcuma. Baklava in the end was also delicious too. If you looked around the place you can find authentic Turkish details, motifs on the ceiling, bowls that others ate. It was nice. You should taste this food, if you're hungry. Thanks for the food, we'll come next time.

An amazing place, with excellent food! Definitely Top 3 most delicious falafel and hummus I have ever had in my life, the other two places are in Israel that’s where I am from originally). Anyhow, the food is amazing, highly recommended! Also, this place has a huge variety of gluten free options, my wife has celiac disease and even smallest cross contamination with food she can tell and gets very sick. This place was excellent, my wife had food and felt great after that! If you have issue with gluten, this place is AWESOME! Highly recommended!!! If I could give more then 5 stars , I would definitely do so!!! Thank you

All for 8.5€! The food was fresh and tasty and the girl who worked at the counter was really sweet she restarted the router after I told her I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi.

Unbelievable food! Here 3 times during a 6-day trip to Ljubljana and would have eaten 3 more here. Fresh, very well made and beautiful Mezzo plate. The sweet potato fries were also excellent!
