I don't like seafood, but this seafood lisagne was gooood!

Baked fish for the simple soul. it was tasty and not expensive. easily accessible and close to the central market in livorno.

Excellent small fried fish (not huhn, google! and much more space in front of the mercenary centrale. not many sitting opportunities, but their main business seems to take along. we possed outside and had the fritto misto and spelte salad that were delicious. the fried calamari and gamberi (tops were a special highlight.

The best Street food in Livorno!! Very large portions, fair price and delicious local gastronomy. Traditional local seafood straight from the fisher 's dock. The place is in the city centre right in front of the Mercato Centrale, the biggest closed market in Europe. You can find it next to Gagarin, the father of the Torta , which is another typical local dish. You can eat inside or outside enjoying a great view of the city from the canal. The Chef and Veronica (the owner) are very friendly, polite and they speak a perfect english.
