Local that offers a great variety of dishes also suitable for celiacs (pizze, sweets, drinks), is undoubtedly this I its strong point as well as the kindness of the staff. Regarding the kitchen, I'm sorry but I didn't find anything I liked. The pizzas have little of this name, dough to be reviewed and studied differently because it is difficult to classify it since it does not even approach that of a focaccia. Outside the pizzas, cooking dishes are limited to very few dishes (the very disappointing roast) while good is the variety and taste of sweets. I would have given 3 out of 5 if it wasn't that the account was, in my opinion, really too salty. I'm sorry, but I don't like that. 2/5

Experience not to repeat. Appetizer with cake and scagliozzi: the first eatable but nothing special, the second in the norm. After an hour and a half since we sat down and ordered almost all pizzas arrived, two forgot and arrived after another 20 minutes (among other things the waitress, apologized for the inconvenience, blamed the pizzaiola, I think not professional). Quality of these: Bad. Impasto little hydrated and long cooking. Result: dry and burnt pizzas, they looked like cookies. Instead of cutting them they broke; very approximate dressing. We had already eaten them in the past but such a tracollo was not predictable. Drinks: except for drinks in bottles, beers at the bar had a citrus fruit aftertaste (not mentioned by the waitress). Very approximate service, the impression is that we almost disturbed to have gone to eat there.

Then suddenly you are in a nice courtesy paradise and quality you do not expect. I am not celiac but my wife and I wanted to taste what I think is the best Gluten free pizza that nothing has to envy to the many blasoned pizzas with gluten. If not enough, I add that the team's sympathy is extraordinary. People who can have fun and have fun because they love the work they do and breathe. Thank you all for making us experience a beautiful experience.

Very kind staff, pizza with doughs to the cereals and wholesome delicious! Honest price. I highly recommend it

As from title... I have no words. To work in the restaurant it takes passion and initiative then it takes the experience... here it is missing everything besides the technique to perform even simple things.
