The service was terrible... after an hour of waiting with a child they only brought us an appetizer (26 euros for 4 small tastings) and a first course and then told us that the order had not arrived in the kitchen and this was because we asked at what point otherwise they wouldn't even have noticed that we were waiting. In total a starter, a first course, a bottle of wine and 2 bottles of water...87 euros! No comment. Service: Dine in

We find ourselves in a warm and welcoming environment in the winter in the internal room, and we can enjoy a suggestive location with a terrace overlooking the sea in the summer. The carefully selected dishes are a real culinary experience. The refined products, the composition of the dishes and the balanced fusion of flavors give life to edible works of art. Competent staff, expert in the sector and friendly. I suggest getting advice on the pairing of wines based on the courses chosen considering that the wine list is not only well stocked, but with excellences that are worth making the most of to best savor each dish served. You will find Cusin del Mar inside the Rex hotel, but not to be confused with the Bagni Rex restaurant.
