Wendy's - Livonia

I was old and hard my Baconator cheese burger was smashed and soggy, looked old as if it was sitting under a heat lamp to go tired, throwing the whole order in the garbage will never go back there and would not recommend anyone else why they do so. Why they just don't care.

2 children happy meals. directly after picking up from the school and on the way to the post office. no open lobby. the only thing that was good was my (mem’s) frosty. my children couldn't eat it! but I was already in the post office. No wonder I had to ask for the acknowledgement that they did not automatically issue.

I ordered 2 spicy fish sandwich and curly fries. good size spicy fish sandwiches, beautiful hot and spicy flavored. I especially loved the curly pommes. Although I have waited a few minutes more for my order, they have thought out with their huge cookies.

I wish I could tell them that this was a great place, but after I was sitting in the car for 20 minutes and not taking an order, I can't say anything about eating.

As I sat in the drive through, I heard the lady on the speaker telling the man in front of me all the things they were out of. It helped me decide what to order, but even with that info, they were still out of two things I was trying to get.It was late afternoon and they were out of all frosties except strawberry, all teas, Asiago cheese, and at least three other things she mentioned to the guy in front of me. She was awesome about it. Good attitude, apologetic, and kind.I felt bad for her. I'm sure not everyone was nice about it.I know there are shortages everywhere, and I have no real answer in how to fix it, but something that used to be so reliable really isn't any longer. Maybe that's a good thing?
