Red Lobster Livonia

Waitress was nice, drink wasn’t worth it, our food was wrong but the waitress accommodated. Overall decent experience.

Service was terrible, eating was cold, terrible experience, not recommended if they are looking for a nice dinner reservation. very disappointed

It wasn’t told to us that alcoholic beverages would not be able to be served until we were done eating. The waitress took our drink orders at the beginning and by the time we were through our meal, came back and told us the drinks couldn’t be made. We were told our bill will be comped for the inconvenience but then we’re given a dollar off gift card. Haven’t been to red lobster in a while. Won’t be coming back. Being short staffed is one thing, but let the customer know ahead of time so there won’t be any surprises.

The Livonia location is the nicest location we’ve been to. Rita was our server and she was fantastic! Great experience overall.
