Pizza Hut Express - Livonia

My friend and I ordered a veggie pizza, and you know how pizza is usually topped with red sauce, cheese, and toppings. Well, whoever was in the kitchen must have been out of it because they made a veggie pizza without a single drop of sauce! I was completely blown away when I took a slice and realized there was no sauce at all. But, you know, it was still okay.

I ordered two pizza wings and bread, but I was very disappointed with the food. The pizza wasn't cooked properly; it was so hard that it reminded me of the box it came in. I haven't been to Pizza Hut in a while, but I don't remember it tasting like this.

I might have visited on an exceptionally busy day, but I was disappointed with the curbside service. I called several times without getting an answer, which forced me to park in a cramped area to pick up my food myself. There were only two people ahead of me in line, yet I could hear the phone ringing continuously. Overall, the customer service was lacking. I ended up just getting breadsticks, and they were hard to manage.

The pizza tastes so bad that I spit it out. had an old bitter artificial taste. the children refused to eat it. I tried to act as if it were good, but they didn't buy it. I have to find something to eat last minute. the service was excellent.

Ordered food through delivery. Driver was excellent, very friendly and was fast. But when I opened my food, the bread was burnt. I had to take the bread back to the restaurant only for the manager to rudely ask What you want us to do? Remake it? . That 's when I asked for my money back.
