This pushy behavior is unacceptable. It's better to present the menu and allow customers to decide without feeling pressured.
I arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 a.m. and was taken care of by Stanley. It was the best Biggby I have ever had. The drink was thick, frozen, and perfectly mixed. The bagel was wrapped and already had cream cheese on it, which was a pleasant surprise for me and I loved it. They also had a nice atmosphere. What was supposed to be an okay morning turned into a good one, and I will definitely be returning.
I visited the restaurant yesterday morning and was incredibly impressed by the cashier with long hair. He provided the best customer service that my mom and I have ever experienced. We were so impressed by his work that we will definitely be returning!
I know that I can't be the only one that was excited when they found out there would be another local coffee opening. I know I'm tired of waiting for 40 minutes on the square opposite of meijer (if you know it). then figure out that it's a drive-thru, pretty sealed the deal for this was my go-to-spot for my daily caffeine fix. Although I have to say the drive-thru here has a bit a strange layout as it wraps around the back of the building. it was confusing when it first opened, but now there are many signs to lead them where they must be. to be quite honest I have already held myself one with this review because all new places go through big opening growing pain and I did not want this to tame my overall review. this place was not taking out growing pain, and for a minute there, coming here (which I did almost daily as it opened) became a quite tempting experience. it has improved enormously since then, and I am delighted to see it. there is a fairly steady setting of baristas now, and they seem beautiful and the dings are for the greatest part, run smoothly. While we are on the themes of the staff, all here are friendly, welcoming, professional and in my experience, if there is ever a problem with anything, it is immediately treated without asking. when it comes to biggby in general, I'm really cunning. it is more affordable espresso smart and has better dine than many other large coffee chains, but the espresso itself is simply okay. I try to stay on their cold brew that they can get it like 30 different flavors and combinations, so they really can't go wrong (if they like cold brew). despite this relatiw new situation in a very, very busy part of the city, there is rarely more than a 5 minute or so wait here. for a minute I started to worry about the lack of a regular line in the drive-thru, but there are certainly times that are busiers than others, and lines form from time to time. this place is not as slow as it once was, so keep it in mind. if everything is said and done I really have only one complain about this particular location and it is that they are at the point about the assignment of a tip when they pay with their credit/debit card. it drives me crazy, and I often bring money to pay here so I don't have to do it. I have never come about this type of dingen in any other coffee house, and even places like sit-down style restaurants where drinking money is usual and expected, the waiter they will never ask a tip. I don't tip when it comes to my mind. when asked for a tipp, this dynamic creates where they feel like they have to tap unless they want to come as rude and cheap. I would actually probably come even more here than I (what is a lot) if I was not asked every time if I wanted to leave a tipp on my card. prost!
I love this location! My order is always correct even when I'm ordering 5 drinks. They are so quick and polite. The inside is so nice. Would be perfect for studying doing school work.
