Pueblo Viejo Mexican Curbside Pickup Only

First of all, before I even get to the food experience, I just want to say how awesome the staff's customer service was. On top of the timely service and friendly faces, we were shown so much patience as our toddler impatiently waited for his food, spilled a water, and made his presence known with his vocal practice. The waiter was so helpful in cleaning up the water, and we were kept well stocked with needed napkins.The salsa was AMAZING (always my first impression of a Mexican restaurant), queso was served with the chips, and our meals were delicious! Additionally, my husband enjoyed their special discount for Veteran's Day which was a very appreciated treat.Great service, wonderful food, lovely setting, and worth giving your business to.

The waiter explained a menu item wrong and then if we didn't want the item that came on the table because it wasn't properly explained 40 garnel plate with 6 or 7 middle garnels 1 red kartoffel and 1 mais in 3) the waiter told us we had to pay for something that we didn't touch because we already ordered it. rudley said we have to pay for it. after a few words with him I told him that he would take all our food back and that we would not eat there. the manager then comes to the table on the most arrogant way and asks why I took care of a plate that was not mine, but that was my wife. I calmly explained the situation in the hope that he could order us something else or just take off and he just stood there like an arrogant pos. So I told him exactly what I'm going to do and that wasn't for everything I didn't touch. he goes away without words. worst experience I ever had in a restaurant and worst experience with a server that did not know the menu on a dachboden that knew nothing to fix the problem. never leave a restaurant that was so upset. none of the less, never come back again! (if I had remembered making a picture I would have)

Ordering something new on menu that was labeled at 13.99h it ended 74.00 then was said that they fix the menu was not told by the waiter that the price difference was completely ignored when asked why would they not tell us at the beginning that article is not the price on the menu in my opinion never again every time we go there anything goes wrong and their margaritas have no jokes about them
