Little Caesars Pizza - Livingston

In our experience, while placing our order, I had to repeat my order multiple times to the staff. They informed me about the items they had available and mentioned that I had actually ordered crazy bread instead of the Italian cheese bread I intended to get. As a result, we had to wait at least 20 minutes for two orders of kesebrot. When I finally got to the car and opened the box of cheese bread to share with our kids, I found that it was only cut into six pieces. Honestly, they could do better than that.

No matter what each time you go there, you have to wait for ever and the pizza is just müll I won't be ther anymore

5-10 minutes turns into half an hour later and none of the high school children have no idea where my order could be!

I waited 35 minutes around 5 PM for two of the Hot-N-Ready pizzas. The employee at the register was just okay.

The service here is disappointing. I always seem to have to wait, and I've never walked in to find any hot and ready pizza in the warmer. On the one occasion it happened, I had already paid and was waiting. The next customer who came in with the same pizza order was served before me, even after they had to prompt the staff to check. I understand that many of the employees are teens in their first jobs, but there needs to be a better balance of experience or improved management. If my experience improves, I would be happy to revise my rating. However, for now, I’d rather drive the extra few miles to the one in Algood, TN.
