Baskin-robbins - Livingston

So my comment wasn't publicly available... Worst Baskin Robbins ever! The pace here is AWFULLY slow. They make my ice cream at an unnecessarily slow mo pace. It's like watching a slow mo camera. The women here are nuts. This one lady is trying to scrape the ice cream and she moves slow on purpose. She is pretending to struggle with ice cream on purpose. She's scraping and dipping it back into water, acting like she is struggling to scoop ice cream. These employees are stupid and have no consideration for customers although the employees have nice personalities. They have third world behaviors. Do not come if you are in a rush. I went for ice cream today and as usual when they ask me what I want, they go to the back and chit chat in their own language instead of focusing on the customer. I walked out, because I have no time to wait. It's like going to a DMV. Also, there is limited seating, clustering, and this place needs air conditioning when it gets warm, especially a place that holds ice cream. Also, when I go there, when an employees sees me waiting, they just look at me and ignore me and they just stand there. The Baskin Robbins in Roseland slightly better but can be as bad. This chain sucks in general.

I came in to get that new coconut nut ice cream with the almonds and pecans. I wanted a waffle cone with two scoops, but they were all out of waffle cones. I ended up getting a sugar cone with a scoop of JaMocha and a scoop of the nutty coconut. Yummmmm. I really wish I had that waffle cone though.

The service here is terrible. I worked in many different settings and understand customer service. They are very rude, and make no attempt to assist customers. The cashier made me carry my items [9 quarts of ice cream] from the ice cream side to the Dunkin side, when clearly the register was open. After he rang me up, he handed me a few bags and walked away. Did not even offer to help me until he was confronted. I would not return to this location for anything. They may own or be part of a good franchise, but their service is seriously lacking.

Went to get ice cream the guy didn?t even use gloves Once he Handed me the cone his nails was filled with dirt and and he touching the whole cone not the paper part as they should. I handed back the cone and said I never mind .. manager follow me out asking why I said your employee didn?t use gloves and his nails is filthy
