Service and reception are very pro. The menu is minimalist (3 admissions, 3 dishes, 3 desserts), but it's good sign.We took the flat/dessert formula. the aperitives are accompanied by 2 basil pestos and excellent house tomato. a refreshing mouthing was served. The dishes are scented and very good. desserts of the same level. Served with a gaillac. It was perfect.

Still wondering how i was not aware of this restaurant so far; this is truly a pleasure with a simple but innovative food, served by a wonderful team of youngsters...the oldest is 23 I heard...the quality of the food and the service means you dont need to get that experienced to be successful but you need to be good, innovative and bring a top service. will be back

Arrived at 20.30 : good impression on the garden and its artistic installations except the terrace covered with disgraceful panels and which keep all the heat. half an hour before you can order...A short but promising card with successes and a big disappointment for a buratta/crumble and basil granite. idem for the dish: magret too cooked, risotto accompanied by a ridiculous egg at 63°! as to the destructed lemon pie the cream was hot (soi-dizing a problem of frigo according to the waitress...)not to mention a wine of disappointing gaillac.Trente at forty minutes waiting between each dish and a salted addition to the average prices practiced in this year. 23:30 when we leave... a beautiful waste.
