Kfc - Liverpool

I waited 10 minutes for service at this restaurant and had difficulty communicating with the employees. My food order was incorrect and I was charged incorrectly. It took an additional 20 minutes to receive the correct order. Overall, my experience at this location was terrible and I believe other restaurants in the area could provide better service. As an update on 11/29, I found that this franchise does not honor sales or coupons at their discretion. When I addressed this issue with an employee, they responded rudely. Additionally, employees seem to have difficulty understanding the menu and completing orders. When questioning why this store consistently has issues, I was told not to return.

The food was tasty overall, but we were disappointed that they didn't provide any gravy for our mashed potatoes.

The food was delicious as always. However, we experienced a long wait time. Not sure if they were short-staffed, but hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.

This review is giving 5 stars mainly for the staff rather than the food. Every worker I have interacted with at this restaurant has always been friendly, which is not common nowadays.

I made a mistake ordering takeout from home. I ordered three pieces of all white meat with potatoes and coleslaw. However, I received a tin of dark meat instead. Also, I only received two sides of macaroni.
