The woman on the baby shoes section this morning was incredible on her duty. outstanding work, very polite, attentive and professional. so should be a work. well done and give her my compliment.

Huge store with a wide variety of stock. Convenient location within the centre of Liverpool. Prices can vary but a lot of high end items are sold here.

The café offered a lovely view of the coast and parts of the city. I had tea and scones; the tea was good, but the scones were a bit hard for my liking. The total cost for two people was £10.00.

Everything was beautifully presented, but the china and glassware were quite dusty. There were no staff members visible to assist with inquiries about the supplies. The dining area had several empty tables, but the cake station was impressive, featuring delicious muffins. Overall, it was a combination of very good aspects and areas that could be improved.

During this time, I broke down emotionally, and she took the time to listen and provide support. Not only did she help me find what I was looking for, but she also offered me a comforting presence when I needed it most. I cannot recommend her enough, along with her colleague. I will definitely return here for any future clothing needs, without a doubt. Thank you very much! This is a truly special John Lewis, and it’s dedicated employees like Julie Anne that make it stand out. They deserve a promotion or bonus for their exceptional service!
