Starbucks Coffee Drive Thru Edge Lane

I recently stopped by Starbucks to get some work done. The friendly blonde girl who helped me was very polite, and the ginger girl who made my drink had a smile on her face. She even offered me a sample of their blonde coffee. I didn't catch their names, but I will definitely be ordering this coffee again and returning to the shop. It's a great place with lovely staff.

The restroom was terrible, filthy, and my feet stuck to the floor due to spillages that hadn't been cleaned up. The staff were rude and got our drink orders wrong. During my business meeting, the staff members were playing tag behind the counter. I will not be going back to this coffee shop again. Additionally, I noticed that there were expired items in the fridges.

Absolutely terrible customer service, took 3 attempts to get the correct order. Even then, the order was cold, I was served by an employee named molly, who was rude and dismissive, emphasising that I said the incorrect order when I went through drive. Honestly would rather have had a sachet from Aldi. AVOD this place

The staff consistently make mistakes with orders and have a bad attitude when errors occur. They never apologize for getting orders wrong. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Not much going on here. Soulless and functional. All staff walking around with headsets and chatting to goodness knows who as there were hardly any customers in. Each other I suspect. Girl serving me didn’t look my in the eyes. When I was waiting for my cappuccino I dared ask her if I could have a real cup rather than takeaway. She rolled her eyes and emptied it into a cup. She then served another customer before completing my order. What’s happening here?
