Kfc - Liverpool

We came in here for a quick lunch having enjoyed our visit a year or so earlier. However on ordering the order went from preparing to ready for collection fairly quickly but we were then told that they were waiting for some chicken to be cooked. We hung on for about 5 10 minutes hoping they wouldn 't mess up the order which thankfully they served correctly after that time. I ordered the teriyaki chicken bites which were shown on various posters around the place. The pictures showed large pieces of chicken brimming out over the edge of a tub but what I got was a small number of tiny chunks which I had to peer into the tub to see. I also had a couple of chicken pieces all of the chicken was dry and not at all succulent as it had been previously. Furthermore the tables were all dirty, there was food on the floor in several places and the bins were overflowing we could not put our rubbish anywhere other than leave it on the surface above the bin as indeed previous customers had done. Finally we felt sorry for the Uber Eats delivery guy who arrived around the same time as us and managed to be his delivery around 5 minutes before we had finished and were leaving. I should add that all of this occurred just before 3pm on a Tuesday afternoon and there was only one or two other customers besides us so it was very quiet ineed.

Absolutely AWFUL This KFC has gone totally downhill, food is absolutely appalling, I've been numerous times as it's close to my work and they manage to mess up the order every single time. Staff are rude, place is filthy and the food is just shocking compared to other KFCS, portion sizes are a joke and its just all around bad.

Restaurant requires an urgent deep clean. Tables filthy, floor covered in packaging and left over food. Toilets even worse. Not a hand gel in sight or anything to clean the table. If the dining part is this filthy, does not bear thinking about what it's like behind the tills/kitchen area. KFC Area Manager do your job and sort this place out. Vile. Never again.

Worsed experience, no receipts at tills so had to remember number. 20+ minutes wait once ordered. Chicken was laced with red veins in burger. Side chicken was coated in fat. Did my best to eat as so hungry. I don’t see me ever using KFC again based on this. Absolutely disgusting.

Placed an order on a order app. I was in a hotel 1.6 miles away, waited 1 hour and 30 minutes. Got food delivered, absolutely s**t in a box, cold not just warm stone cold. Avoid, avoid.
