We were extremely disappointed to discover that the popular chicken restaurant had run out of chicken. Not sure if they had any other meat options like raccoon, but we were not going to settle for just one dining option. Luckily, we found another restaurant just down the road. We will not be returning to this establishment.
I tried to use the KFC app for offers at a restaurant. We wanted to order a family bucket, but were told they were not accepting the offer app because it was causing issues with the cash registers. This didn't happen at the Garston branch last week! I can't believe it. I am extremely frustrated.
I ordered two simple meals and extras at 6pm. It is now 8pm as I write this and we still haven't received any food, so we have cancelled the order. I tried calling the restaurant and initially they were helpful, saying they had my order but the delivery driver was not present. After some confusion, the driver responded and they assured me my meal was on its way. However, after waiting another 25 minutes and struggling to reach the restaurant on the phone, I was eventually told that they were understaffed and had actually cancelled my order. This was after being given false delivery times and false promises throughout the two-hour wait. Being hung up on by a staff member was also disappointing. I made a total of 23 calls to the restaurant, with only 3 being answered. It was a disappointing experience and they should do better in the future.
Stood here like a lemon waiting for 3 ice cream sundaes I order 13 minutes ago. I can count 14 people in the restrataunt waiting on food. Some of them saying they ordered 30 minutes ago. Not a nice environment.
When I was eating a noticed there was long hair in my food which I was disgusted of but I can’t show the hair cause camera won’t capture it
