The restaurant has beautiful decorations, excellent service, and an impressive variety of beers!

Situated just a short distance from St George's Hall, this restaurant is the perfect stop for anyone attending a performance in the nearby venues. There is always a lively atmosphere and the selection of ales is top-notch. The staff are friendly and welcoming, creating a great vibe.

Upon arriving for lunch, we found that many menu items were unavailable. The food took quite a while to be served and was not very good. However, the pub itself is lovely and conveniently located near Lime Street and museums. I would recommend stopping by for a drink, but I would suggest looking for food elsewhere.

WORST MUSIC EVER. The staff were playing the most depressing hipster music I’ve ever heard.

Very quiet on a Sunday afternoon, I was one of only a few people. Almost too quiet, kind of a bummer. Had a great English Stout from cask but otherwise the service could have been friendlier and the interior a bit brighter. Classic and rustic with some beautiful rooms but it seems to be missing something special.
