Quite rightly the praise for one of the best sandwich shops in the city centre (how hard can that be just make decent butties and don’t charge the earth for them) Now if you go in the week, you’ll see the regular staff and the well oiled machine running like the orient express. Slick, well made and good portions. However step in on a Saturday when it seems like every kid under 16 needing a work placement has turned up to try and make a sandwich is on shift with Dory himself bumbling round like a rude owner (grunts while politely asked if he had any pickles) Stepped in potato ordered cold and stale potentially from earlier in the week, defo not fresh. Lad fingered the jacket like a pre pubescent Wally, now normally the portions are really decent, this lad spooned his way round the tub like it was caviar… get it on there lad it’s coronation chicken, not some fancy tripe that needs carefully measuring against cost Now as I say in the week totally different, maybe it was today, maybe it’s the Saturday crew, maybe maybe maybe… anyways sad times! Suddenly felt very over priced and under quality as per its usual game! A meal deal at the co op when all that’s left on the shelf is a prawn butty would have been better than this lunch.
Amazing chicken and bacon pasta salad. Lovely staff and great price. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.
Food was delicious the Scouse was packed very well and delicious and wholesome, the ham and cheese toastie was also very good quality really impressed and looking forward to trying the fry up at some point soon.
The sandwiches at this restaurant are top-notch, with a wide variety of breads and fillings to choose from. They are also reasonably priced and incredibly tasty.
I hope that you didn't die in the second movie. The Cajun chicken panini was amazing! I will definitely order it again.
