The food has always been delivered promptly and hot and is consistently delicious. The tikka sandwich is fantastic and my husband really enjoys the curries from this restaurant.

I was appalled by the disrespectful way in which the staff treated my mother at this restaurant. Despite providing clear new addresses in the search bar before placing our order, they insisted on delivering to the wrong location and then refused to reimburse us. They claimed they had already made the order and essentially told us to just eat it. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs. After last night's debacle, we have no intention of ordering from them again. The customer service was abysmal.

Yesterday evening, we placed an order at this restaurant and waited for hours for the food to arrive. We had to call twice to confirm the order and both times received rude responses. We ordered a masala and a bhuna, neither of which tasted good. The bhuna did not even have tomato sauce. When the food arrived, it was cold and it seemed like it had been sitting on the side for a while. I was unable to eat the meal after finding a hair in the bhuna. It was truly revolting.

The food was sweet not spicy, and I and my partner have both randomly the s**ts for the next one I would not recommend.

Usually great but a complete waste of forty quid. Bread burnt, sauces sugary meat cremated I will be asking for my money back. Keep you posted.
