Chuck Wagon Restaurants

My sister and I saw the Chuck Wagon last Monday. I want to visit this restaurant since the departure home (Livermore Falls, Maine) more than 30 years ago. This wonderful restaurant keeps the most precious and holy memories of me growing up as a child, as my grandmother would bring us to Chuck Wagon for breakfast a few times a week. I remember the waitresses let us play the jukebox and bring us cups of hot cocoa with whipped cream. It was nice to see that despite all the changes and hectic that this valued facility has remained frozen in a more friendly, gentler time. I am very pleased to share that even in 30 years I was gone, the Chuck Wagon will never be disappointed, from the authenticity of the beautiful waiting staff, to the extraordinary food. We both ordered the fish and chips, and it was absolutely cumbersome. The staff was very accommodating as I told them what was a special occasion for me. Our waitress Lilly was an absolute joy, with a huge smile, and was attentive / always respectful of our desire to enjoy our visit. I didn't get the name of our hostess, but she was the sweetest and brought the staff to sing Happy Birthday to me with a piece of chocolate cream cake! I am so grateful that I can share such a wonderful experience in hopes that others will see how wonderful this place will be ALWAYS!

I took my little ones and the food was amazing and prices reasonable. There were no long waiting times and the waitress was friendly and helpful. Very recommended

Go back in time by visiting Chuck Wagon. I love this place. There's no place like that. A restaurant in the home town, which serves a decent meal at a decent price. The waiters are great. Look at my picture of the famous Red Eye Lounge. By the way... Your main rib is fantastic!

The service was friendly, they knew the menu and beat things based on our likes and unloves. The food came our hot from the grill and tasted immediately good. The sides brought more taste to the meal. Good Cole Slav and the sweet potato fries were large, moist and easy to digest. I had to get a peanut cake to go home.

Really the only fancy dine in option around. I 've been going here since I was little and have always loved it. The cactus chicken is amazing and I could drink the dipping (cactus sauce) sauce. Super good definitely recommend. Service is hit or miss.
