I’m giving this place 3.5 stars, boosted by the excellent service. The food was just okay overall, but their fries and fried pickles were quite tasty. The service, however, was outstanding!

The food was essentially burnt. It seemed like they either cooked two pieces in a fryer with old, used grease or cooked one piece in a fryer that...

Absolutely outrageous! They charged me $0.75 for a side of mayo, treating it like it’s some kind of gourmet item, similar to avocado. It’s just a condiment, and no one informed me there would be an extra charge. Also, they’ve replaced paper towels in the restrooms with hand dryers, which is less convenient. To top it off, the burgers today were overcooked, unlike how they used to be. I do appreciate the burger size and the fact that they offer tater tots, though.

We’ve ordered food from this place three times now. The first two experiences were quite good, but this time was disappointing. One of the burgers was cooked to a very well-done state instead of the medium-well we requested, and the caramelized onions were completely missing. The portion of mac and cheese for the kids was also quite small. We had ordered two kids' burgers cooked very well-done because the previous ones were undercooked and inedible, but they ended up being burnt to a crisp. I guess that's partially my fault for requesting them to be very well done. On the bright side, the fries were tasty. Since this is one of the few dining options in the area, we’ll likely give it another try.
