Taco Bell - Littleton

What happened this time? They closed early and turned away three customers who arrived before the scheduled closing time. If they can’t stay open until the official closing time, they shouldn’t advertise those hours. It’s frustrating to be turned away when you're willing to support the business right until it’s supposed to close.

I really wanted to give a good review, but I just can't. I didn't even bother asking for a manager because I doubt it would make any difference. This is, without a doubt, the worst Taco Bell I've ever encountered. The place is a mess, both inside and out. The coffee machine was broken—it's just hot water! They got my order completely wrong and take forever to serve customers. The staff seems uninterested and unwilling to help. I can't say I didn't see this coming. After swearing off this place for ten years, I thought I'd give it another shot, but it hasn't changed at all. I even remarked, "Oh no, this Taco Bell is the worst," and unfortunately, I was right!

I never thought I would be leaving a review for Taco Bell, but I have to! This location is fantastic! They always get my order correct, and it’s not just accurate—it's also well-prepared. Additionally, the staff is always friendly and respectful. I make the drive from Sterling Ranch to visit this place, and it's definitely worth it!

I tried to order the app here yesterday, even restart my phone and restart the order. I couldn't make it work. then, instead of wanting to wait through the back of a long drive thru line, I tried to go in. it was only 6 o'clock, and they had their doors completely closed, in the middle of dinner! there was even one lady trying to go after my car. she couldn't get in either. I just ran away at this point. I love taco bell, but the lack of service and inviting guests in the inner is a great reason why I don't order it much more and to make it even worse, there was also no sign that the inner was closed. it's like they just didn't want to deal with cleaning the lobby or something. I didn't even appreciate that.

A lot of really harsh reviews here. They are incorrect. I go here a lot, usually late after work or the gym. Rarely/never have I received a wrong order or cold food. Staff is perfectly reasonable to interact with. Its taco bell, not Guy Savoy for god sake. I swear New Yorkers/Californians just want to ruin everywhere they touch.
