Red Lobster - Littleton

Really great food and Steve was super attentive. It was my birthday and a really great choice... we have the 2 for Tuesday Special...

We usually go to Red Hummer for our birthdays . So yesterday was time to celebrate and are treated to some of my favorite food, just like we have for 30 years. This birthday dinner will remember. We have never received this bad service in any restaurant. The food would have been delicious if it wasn't cold. But it was cold because our server refused to do their job. She was polite when she realized that our food took a long time to get to the table. We know that our table was the only one she had to serve most of the time. And there were only about 5 more customers in the whole restaurant. We thought it was a kitchen problem at the beginning, but as we observed other tables with other servers they get there food immediately we realized it was our server. As we continue to observe, she can see that she spent her time talking to other staff who drove out and back home. It may not have been a manager at the service. We were often in Red Hummer when the restaurant was packed and yet we still had a reasonable service that everyone would have torn down in our situation. This is really sad because we think Red Hummer has great food, but we would have a better evening / celebration at a Burgerplatz. We won't make this mistake again. I would recommend to anyone who wants to celebrate a special occasion to be very careful if you think about the choice of this restaurant.

A special early dinner. We were one of the few couples, and the service was great. Food is always excellent. Ultimate Feast is what I recommend. 10 July 2022 Update. For another great dinner. The festival of the Admiral is one of my favorites. Never disappoint.

We ordered a pick-up order and were the first customers in the restaurant. They met our high expectations by delivering warm food quickly. The small interaction between us and our server was modestly pleasant, but the food was excellent. Four stars, would visit again on the basis of food quality.

Very good seafood. Food is consistently good. Curbside service was convenient but people eating in were using the Curbside spots so had to park in Fite Lane. Still was good service and food was hot.
