Lanette was an our waitress, 10/10 service, and the food was absolutely amazing and came out very quickly.Thank you Lanette! (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong)I definitely will be coming back!

Well I looked at the reviews and Lynette being a great server is not a lie! She is absolutely fantastic. She is kind well organized and attentive. Jeff was managing this night and came and spoke to us about an issue that wasn't there fault at all but still took leadership and kindness to make sure that my family and I were well taken care of and happy. I'm very pleased with everything here. Great work!

Try the 9 oz filet, medium with grilled mushrooms with the loaded baked potato. Works everytime!!! The honey Brussel Sprouts definitely hit home! Great all around

They use “bold seasoning” and lemon butter to cover up low grade , low quality beef. Disgusting beef. Disgusting food. It was all disgustingThe service was below average at best.

Last night my family and I went to Longhorn Steakhouse for dinner. We all ordered steaks, my wife ordered her steak well done, when it came out it was medium rare so we sent it back and it took over 15 minutes for them to bring it back out. When the manager brought it out he didn 't admit fault or apologize for the delay or cooking the steak wrong, instead he avoided the subject altogether, the waitress also never apologized on behalf of longhorn or the cook and she also avoided the subject. By the time her steak came back out she had waited a total of 40 minutes altogether just to eat and myself and children were completely done eating plus her sides were cold. So my wife decided to ask the waitress to comp the steak, you figure any respectable steakhouse would do this since one of their customers had an extremely bad experience but no, instead the manager argued with my wife saying it was too much money to comp a 30 dollar steak but instead we 'll comp you the cheapest item on the menu, your 10 dollar appetizer, and it 's not fair to comp you a 30 dollar steak.We will never eat at another Longhorn steakhouse for as long as I walk this earth and I will make it my lifestyle mission to tell everyone I know everyone I meet about this experience and encourage them to stay away from Longhorn Steakhouse at all cost. I 'd also like to add we usually ate there about once a month and always tipped well, I 'm utterly disappointed in how my wife was treated last night and even more disappointed that the manager and waitress tried there best to avoid even apologizing to us for this horrible experience and their behavior.
