Ordered a sandwich for delivery. Called an hour later. Asking for an update. JJ told me it was on its way. Called back 30 minutes later as the sandwich still hadn't arrived and canceled the order. Now we'll see if they're gonna refund my money no customer service skills With the manager or person who answered the phone

Understaffed. Guilted my dad into giving a $9 tip. Didn’t even get the food we asked for even after we verified with the cashier that it was ours. Overheard that it may take almost an hour for someone to get their food, but luckily we didn’t have to wait that long.Worst fast food experience ever.

The sandwiches, chips and Brownies were perfect to throw into our little cooler, and take to the lake. Just perfect for us!!!

Do not go to this location. We got dry rock hard bread and jalapeños thrown into our sandwiches because we didn’t tip.Tipping at Jimmy John’s is reserved for deliveries and if someone goes out of their way to be helpful.Never returning to this store.

I ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery. It is supposed to take 20-30 mins. At this point, it has been an hour and 15 mins. My online order says delivery, but no order has arrived. When I called to question, Where 's my food, and what 's going on? They blew me off and said they had multiple orders, and my food would be here shortly...that was 15 mins ago.
