Dunkin' - Littleton Rd, Westford

This is without a doubt the best Dunkin Donuts in Westford. I come here everyday. I have gotten to know the workers and Holly and Arthur who work the week morning shift are definitely the dream team. They've gotten to know the type of coffee I want iand pretty much have it ready for me right as I walk in the door. The other workers are great as well. The night time and weekend workers are well trained and very efficient. I highly recommend this Dunkin Donuts

This location is around the corner from my home. I go there three times a week+ . If you grew up in New England, you are a DD fan. Good coffee, and breakfast sandwiches are my standards.Please check out the Deli in the store for quality sandwich and sub choices.Parking: Easy, drive in, drive out... what else is there.

Omg the level of laziness is unprecedented. They can 't make any espresso drinks (so like any of the drinks) because they 're closing soon YOU CLOSE IN OVER AN HOUR GTFOUTTA HERE ?It doesn 't take an hour to clean your espresso machine. And even if it did, your sign says you 're open until seven, so when I looked you up on Google and drove here I expected you 'd be..open.Just wanted to let the manager know the level of laziness happening ? thanks for wasting my time and gas

I have frequented this location previously, but after today I think I'm done. The service was slow and they all seemed either super new at their jobs or very confused. I waited quite a while for my order to come up (2 coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches) and when it finally came up, the server had only ordered one sandwich for me. When I pointed out the error, the woman said, well, that's what you ordered, and walked away. Uhm, no ma'am, no, that is not what I ordered. i understand mistakes happen, but the attitude put me off so badly and I wasn't going to go back into the slow line to correct their error. I left one sandwich short and I think I will go to a different location in the future. I'd rather deal with a busier parking lot down the street than people who are rude and inefficient.
