After a few minutes of waiting, an employee asked if anyone was there to pick up an online order. I raised my hand, only to find out that they were out of steak and needed to prepare more. They prioritized serving the customers in the store first before starting on my order. I had placed the order online to avoid waiting, yet after 30 minutes, I was told they had run out of steak. Did they really not think to call or email me about this? I waited an additional 15 minutes for my food to be prepared once the in-store customers were taken care of. The employee did offer me a drink while I waited, but after a total of 45 minutes, I still did not have my food. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this restaurant.
I want to extend my thanks to whoever prepared our meal. We had ordered the same NoBready Bowls last month, but the quality this week was significantly better. Unfortunately, the receipt got soaked with sauce from the sub, so we couldn’t retrieve the feedback link or code. Once again, thank you to the cook! You did a fantastic job and provided excellent service! I wish you and your family many blessings. Our order was delivered via DoorDash, and the Dasher was prompt, notifying us immediately upon drop-off. I’m a satisfied customer and just hope the quality of service remains consistent. I guess we’ll find out with our next order!
This is the best Subway I've ever visited! The staff is incredibly friendly and really kind. I feel so grateful and fortunate to have this place in our town. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The subway experience is going downhill. Prices have risen, likely partly to cover the salaries of the professional athletes they're using for advertising. New staff seem to be coming in every other week to make the sandwiches, which might explain why they're seeking an $8 billion sale. Personally, I'm losing interest in the subway experience.
