I asked for mayo but it tasted like salad cream and the king fusion is the same as the Oreo shake but colder, the burger was colder than the mcflurry. The chairs are green not my favourite colour.
Daughter has Chickenpox, as a treat because she's feeling so miserable, I ordered her a kids meal from a well known restaurant' which is literally 2 roads away from us.Predicted 20 minute delivery turned into an hour, and then 90 minutes! Driver dumped our now cold food outside the front door in the rain and walked off without even ringing the bell. Its only thanks to video doorbell that we realised.Burgers were thrown together in a mess of mayo and cheese all over the place and everything was cold and wet.I contacted ubereats to report cold and damaged food and tried to contact burgerking, whose line goes unanswered. Ubereats replied with thanks for letting us know I challenged this and they copied and pasted the same response. No refund, no help, shoddy service. And disgusting food quality..food in the bin.Honestly please don't bother. They have no respect for your money or custom and treat their customers like trash. I'm having now to claim a refund via my payment mechanism
The staff finished my order with missing fries, which I noticed as soon as I went to the table. I returned immediately, but they refused to give them to me, because my order was finished. After 2 minutes I came back and asked for salt and ketchup and I was refused because I did not have an order. I showed them the table where I was sitting with my kids, but the worker wiped his nose with the sleeve of his t-shirt and said there was nothing he could do. This is ridiculous.
This Burger King location sometimes gets their orders correct.
