U.s. Pizza Co. Fair Park - Little Rock

Great experience. The best sandwiches from a pizza prison I had for years. The staff we're dealing with. They worked together as a team. Definitely nice to see a group together to make my friends and I feel taken care of. I'm sure everyone who was a customer felt just like us.

Although the food is great, it wasn't my best experience. I ordered ahead, so that I could pick it up, when I arrived only half of my order was ready. There was no type of accommodation for the mistake made. I was disappointed.

Today I ordered 1 large and 1 small salad by Turkish. I got two salads in time, but the big salad was made wrong. I called and talked to the manager about the topic. He was very polite and even personally brought the replacement salads to my door. Now this is the way to stay up in customer service!! I will definitely continue to eat US pizza!!

I ordered a cooking salad with extra black olives. I'm home, not black olives and chickens. I called back and the waitress apologized and offered a new salad. I'm going back. The salads are fresh and service is always great.

Came here for dinner with my family and our pizza was outstanding! The salads were perfect even my picky 7 year old like it! The girl in the kitchen knows what she's doing! And Jessie was just great and so charming! We will be returning!
