Sullivan’s Steakhouse Little Rock

I really enjoy this place and everything was reasonable. However the only thing that I would suggest is a big cleaning. The windows where we sat were dusty. The wine glasses were spotty. The wait staff was nice and attentive. But the place could have been cleaner.

The food was good. The waitress was one of six wait staff there. We felt bad bc she was trying desperately to make sure we got our drinks, refills, etc, food out on time. The wait staff were all running their tails off. The steak was tender and seasoned perfectly. I’d eat here again.

Our experience was terrible. The server was ok. I think he actually tried but something was off all night. We had to ask them to clear the table which siesta has dirty plates stacked up. The steaks were either over cooked or undercooked and tough. Like they cooked them too fast. I ordered the wagyu steak medium rare. One part was well the other half was raw. I’m not sure it was wagyu It tasted and chewed like a cheap ribeye After my first glass of sweet tea they ran out of sweet tea. Who runs out of sweet tea in Arkansas? I am fortunate enough to get to eat at a lot of high end restaurants and I thought I had found one here and wanted share a great meal with my family. Here are a few things that went wrong I dropped my napkin early in the night. I ended up sharing one with my wife as the server was never at our table long enough for me to ask for another. Appetizers we good Salads soups were good Steaks chicken not do good Drinks never offered my wife or son a second glass of wine or whiskey. Soft drinks ran out of sweet tea and refilled my dirty cup (dropped some sauce on the inside of the cup) no one ever notice Desert never even considered it. $700 later we won’t be back.

Both steaks were very over cooked. Minimum 20 -30 minute wait between courses and after ordering cocktails. Spent over 2 hours at dinner, mostly just waiting around. Our waitress was trying her best running food orders and making drinks behind the bar. Overall food was not worth the price, especially with steak being the main attraction. Cannot recommend to friends.

Great food and exceptional drinks. Service was responsive and seated fast.
